Customer Service Manager (Part Time)

The Part-Time Customer Service Manager will support front-end operations and help deliver an excellent experience for customers, assisting with various customer service and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Build positive and lasting relationships with customers
• Process customer purchases accurately, efficiently, and promptly
• Respond to customer questions and concerns and help resolve problems
• Sell money orders, MoneyGrams, and lottery tickets
• Assist the Head Customer Service Manager with employee breaks and start and leave times
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Work collaboratively with team members on daily department tasks
• Arrive promptly for scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance
• Promote excellent customer service throughout the front-end team
• Follow applicable coupon, return, security, and customer service procedures
• Continue developing customer service skills and knowledge
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
