Sales Development Representative

Aurigo Software Technologies is an AI-native capital program management platform seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their North American sales team. The role involves building outbound strategies to engage federal organizations, qualifying leads, and collaborating with sales and marketing to enhance outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Build and launch outbound strategies to engage decision-makers at major federal organizations
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into strong sales opportunities for Account Executives
• Become an expert on Aurigo’s platform and confidently articulate our value to executives and senior stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign direction as this motion grows
• Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce and manage your pipeline with discipline and ownership
• Work directly with sales leadership to shape target account lists, outreach strategy, and long-term federal penetration plans

Requirements:

• 2+ years of business development experience in enterprise SaaS
• Experience developing and managing sales opportunities within the federal government procurement processes and multi-stakeholder buying cycles
• Demonstrated success breaking into large, complex organizations through outbound efforts
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging executive-level prospects
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and energized by building something new
• Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams, etc
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Experience prospecting into construction, capital projects, real estate development, or similar industries is a strong plus
