Customer Service Representative

Dynamic Media is the world’s largest music-for-business reseller, serving thousands of recurring subscription customers. They are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Billing & Customer Service Representative to support their growing customer base with billing inquiries and account maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding billing questions, account updates, and payment processing
• Make outbound calls to send friendly payment reminders and follow up on outstanding balances
• Receive and process incoming payments accurately
• Update and maintain the accounts receivable database and customer information systems
• Follow a monthly accounts receivable schedule for payment reminders where multiple calls to different locations may be necessary to collect payment and update contacts
• Confirm customer satisfaction with our services and escalate issues when needed
• Work independently and collaborate with the team to meet daily goals

Requirements:

• Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, or customer support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls in a professional, friendly manner
• Ability to type quickly and accurately
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Initiative to search for information online and solve customer issues
• Professional demeanor and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
• Based in the Eastern or Central Time Zones
