Product Marketing Manager, Salesforce

Sand Cherry Associates excels in the design and delivery of strategic customer-centric initiatives through data-empowered solutions. They are seeking a Salesforce Product Marketing Manager to support transactional cloud email and marketing automation production workflows for a short term project. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create new email campaigns, including writing SQL-driven automations and building complex user journeys
• Configure and continuously optimize API-triggered email campaigns
• Proactively track key milestones and collaborate with partners to ensure all project deadlines are met, creating and managing timelines for a high volume of campaigns
• Design and build data extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support segmentation, personalization, and journey activities
• Perform end-to-end email QA, including mobile optimization and dark mode testing
• Proofread email copy and assist in maintaining design standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years as a Product Marketing Manager responsible for marketing automation workflows
• Experience with project/program management and methodologies
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications or related field
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential to this role
• Experience with HTML, SQL driven automations and designing journeys is required
• Must be adept at working with many cross functional stakeholders across the organization
• Must be able to communicate effectively and succinctly with senior level and executive level management
• Excellent problem solving and resolution skills are needed
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office tools, HTML, SQL, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
