WFH Online Entry Level Customer Service Rep

Globe Life AO is expanding its remote team and is seeking motivated professionals for the role of Remote Client Success Coordinator. This position involves meeting with clients, guiding them through enrollment, and providing exceptional customer service while working from home.

Responsibilities:

• Meet virtually with prospective and existing clients through Zoom
• Guide new clients through the enrollment process
• Answer questions and provide personalized benefit solutions
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
• Manage appointments and daily activities efficiently
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have access to a computer or laptop
• Maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection
