REMOTE Customer Service Team Manager

AO Globe Life is expanding its leadership team and seeking experienced, motivated professionals who are passionate about coaching others, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences. In this role, you'll support both clients and team members by conducting virtual consultations, mentoring representatives, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefit programs
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
• Educate clients on available benefit options
• Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications
• Recruit, mentor, and coach new representatives
• Lead virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and training calls
• Set performance expectations and monitor individual and team progress
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused culture
• Support professional development through ongoing mentorship and leadership coaching

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Windows-based computer with webcam
• Professional home office environment
• Ability to obtain any required state insurance licensing (licensing guidance provided)
• Leadership or management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Confidence using Zoom, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others
• Positive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Experience in leadership, operations, customer service, recruiting, sales management, or client relationship management
