WFH Customer Service Team Manager

AO Globe Life is expanding its leadership team and seeking experienced, growth-minded professionals who are ready to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing remote teams. In this fully remote role, you'll support both clients and team members while helping drive performance in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefit programs
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
• Educate clients on available benefit options
• Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications
• Recruit, mentor, and coach new representatives
• Lead virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and training calls
• Set performance goals and monitor team progress
• Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture
• Support professional development through ongoing mentorship

Requirements:

• Leadership or management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Confidence using Zoom, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools
• Self-motivation and accountability in a remote environment
• Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing others
• A positive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Windows-based computer with webcam
• Professional home office environment
• Ability to work independently while collaborating virtually
• Experience in management, operations, customer service, sales leadership, recruiting, or team development
