Fully Remote Customer Service Entry Level Position

AO is seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join their team as Entry-Level Remote Client Representatives. This role involves working directly with clients to provide information regarding their benefits and coverage options while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Explain products and services clearly and professionally
• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and service
