Project Engineer - Natural Gas Design

As a Project Engineer, you will deliver innovative engineering solutions for natural gas projects while collaborating with senior engineers and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver innovative engineering solutions that support critical gas infrastructure
• Work on engineering solutions for gas distribution and transmission systems, meter and gate stations, and natural gas pipelines
• Collaborate with senior engineers, gain exposure to new design challenges, and play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality projects
• Lead design efforts on mid-sized projects, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance
• Mentor junior engineers, coordinate with design teams, and deliver high-quality analyses and reviews
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements, flag challenges to the Project Manager, and support business development
• Review drawings, participate in quality control, and drive process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the pipeline industry or a related industry
• Experience in natural gas design
• Professional Engineer (PE) License
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
