Product Manager - Revenue Integrity & Reimbursement

FinThrive is advancing the healthcare economy. The Product Manager role works with three product families, managing multiple products, evaluating and executing new features, and driving user adoption, while also conducting market analysis and building business cases.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate input from customers, competitors, marketing, sales, customer support, and development teams into market requirements for an assigned product space
• Translate market requirements into a product roadmap
• Develop and maintain a prioritized list of product features
• Work with Product Owner(s) to translate product roadmap into epics for releases
• Collaborate on go-to-market activities, such as, pilot/beta engagement, determining KPIs, product demos and documentation, provide input to marketing and sales for product launches
• Understand product P&L and key drivers for increasing revenue and profitability
• Analyze market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
• Provide subject matter expertise on CMS regulations to internal stakeholders, customers, and the broader healthcare market
• Manage a Product Owner who will be the direct interface with one or more development teams to execute upon prioritized work
• Be responsible for the following product families: Knowledge Source, Grouper/Pricer, Reference Tools

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with inpatient and outpatient coding and compliance related to CMS regulatory requirements
• Understanding and experience with Agile and product management methodologies
• Experience conducting market analysis, including building and delivering business cases
• Comfort in presenting to Director and VP level colleagues with customers and FinThrive
• Travel required: 10%
• Demonstrated expertise with one or more of the following: MS-DRGs, APCs, IPPS/OPPS reimbursement methodologies, CMS Grouper and Pricer logic, ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT and HCPCS coding systems, NCCI edits, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement regulations
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Agile (CSPO), Product Mgmt Certification (Pragmatic, Sirius)
• 1-2 years of people management experience
