Marketing Manager

Zippy is a fintech company focused on simplifying the loan process for manufactured homes. The Marketing Manager role involves executing marketing campaigns, developing content across various channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the Zippy brand.

Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing campaigns that support product launches, partner initiatives, and company growth
• Develop clear, compelling content across email, web, social media, sales collateral, and customer communications
• Support lifecycle marketing programs by developing content that educate customers and improve engagement throughout the lending journey
• Create marketing materials (print & digital) that help our partners and sales team communicate Zippy's products and services
• Leverage AI and emerging marketing tools to accelerate content creation, streamline marketing workflows, and increase the impact of marketing initiatives
• Help manage Zippy's social media presence through thoughtful content planning and execution
• Partner across Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering to bring marketing initiatives to life

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, content marketing, or marketing communications
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
• Experience creating content across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, and sales collateral
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality customer experiences
• Curiosity about new marketing technologies, including AI tools that improve efficiency without sacrificing quality
• Experience in fintech, lending, mortgage, or financial services strongly preferred
• Strong preference for experience using Figma or other design tools, and managing websites and CMS platforms
