Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Inspect Point is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary partner for enterprise fire protection and life safety customers. The role owns customer onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion, while helping develop playbooks for the growing Enterprise segment.

Responsibilities:

• Launch: Take the handoff from Sales, build a success plan with measurable outcomes, and partner with Implementation through go-live
• Adopt: Get technicians working in the field app and office teams running on the platform
• Show up: Lead executive business reviews and visit customers onsite, including field ride-alongs
• Protect and grow: Own the renewal, catch risk early, and spot expansion like new locations, more technicians and new products
• Build: Help create the playbooks our Enterprise team runs on

Requirements:

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts with complex, multi-location operations
• A track record of owning renewals and growing accounts
• Confidence building relationships with owners and senior executives
• Hands-on experience with Planhat, Gainsight or similar, plus Salesforce
• Experience in fire protection, life safety, field service or the trades
• familiarity with NFPA, AHJ and ITM workflows
