Commercial Product Manager

Techgene Solutions is seeking a Commercial Product Manager who will deeply understand customer needs and drive technology-driven solutions. The role involves developing product roadmaps, validating customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand our customers, technology, processes, and business goals
• Help our organization scale through technology-driven solutions Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives
• Discover unmet needs and define the problem
• Uncover and validate unmet customer needs through structured market research, voice-of-customer interviews, and emerging-trend analysis
• Develop and pressure-test solution hypotheses against real customer pain points before committing resources
• Author clear, engineering-ready specifications that frame the problem statement, success criteria, and constraints
• Drive the NPC Commercialization Process
• Build the business case that justifies New Product Development investment, including market sizing, financial projections, and risk assessment
• Validate solutions with early adopters to confirm demand and sharpen the value proposition before scaling
• Pitch vetted opportunities to engineering, channel partners, sales, and senior leadership with a clear, evidence-based rationale
• Equip the sales team through structured training so they can sell the product confidently from day one
• Partner with New Product Development Engineering
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to define product requirements and deliverables
• Guide and motivate a cross-functional team through the full product development lifecycle using discovery, iterative design, and agile development methodologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Engineering
• 7+ years of Software product management experience
• 7+ years' experience designing and building on CRM platforms
