Digital Marketing Specialist (Growth & Brand)

Willow Processing is a fast-growing mortgage processing company built by processors, for processors. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help tell their story, grow their online presence, and support their continued growth through managing digital campaigns and optimizing marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

• Create, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
• Track marketing performance metrics including leads, engagement, conversions, and ROI
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance and increase growth
• Maintain and improve website content, landing pages, and user experience
• Support SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and visibility
• Identify opportunities to improve search rankings and website conversions
• Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns
• Create marketing content including:
• Blog articles
• Email campaigns
• LinkedIn content
• Case studies
• Recruiting materials
• Client success stories
• Help develop Willow’s brand voice and online presence
• Turn company wins, team stories, and industry insights into engaging content
• Build content that positions Willow as a leader in mortgage processing
• Build and manage email campaigns and nurture sequences
• Support lead generation efforts focused on mortgage professionals and business partnerships
• Analyze engagement metrics and improve campaign performance
• Maintain marketing databases and CRM processes
• Help convert marketing activity into measurable business opportunities
• Manage Willow’s social media presence with a focus on LinkedIn and industry platforms
• Create consistent content highlighting:

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or similar role
• Experience with SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and analytics
• Strong written communication and content creation skills
• Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept through execution
• Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in mortgage, real estate, fintech, banking, or financial services marketing
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
• Experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B campaigns
• Familiarity with website management platforms and analytics tools
• Experience building lead-generation campaigns
