Client Project Manager

SoTalent is seeking a Client Project Manager to oversee project execution and ensure high-quality deliverables that meet customer expectations. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and monitoring project progress to achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate onboarding activities, including client training, account setup, and configuration of project-related information within internal systems
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively addressing inquiries, concerns, and service needs
• Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Monitor project progress to ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables remain on track
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and support successful project execution
• Provide ongoing guidance and education to clients to maximize the value of available services and solutions
• Identify client retention risks and partner with internal stakeholders to develop strategies that strengthen long-term engagement
• Recognize opportunities for service expansion and communicate potential growth opportunities to relevant business partners
• Lead project planning activities, including scope alignment, scheduling, pricing validation, and stakeholder communication
• Track, manage, and resolve project challenges in a timely and effective manner
• Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations while incorporating feedback to enhance future outcomes
• Manage project communications, status updates, stakeholder coordination, and project closeout activities, including final deliverables and invoicing support
• Contribute to process improvements and support departmental initiatives that enhance operational efficiency
• Foster a collaborative and professional work environment through positive interactions with clients and team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing, account management, project coordination, or client service experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
• Experience managing client accounts, projects, or operational workflows in a service-oriented environment
• Familiarity with project tracking, reporting, and workflow management systems
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer and business objectives
• Knowledge of client retention, customer success, or account growth strategies
