Business Analyst - Medicaid

Gainwell Technologies is an industry leader focused on improving healthcare services. As a Business Analyst - Medicaid, you will work directly with clients to gather requirements, create business designs, and manage project workflows to enhance health and human services outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with client
• Requirements determination and documentation
• Create Business Designs
• Create/Review/Execute test cases and test results
• Create/update system documentation
• Manage/coordinate assigned work across functional area in conjunction with Project Manager and Team Leaders
• Analyze, plan, design, document and make recommendations to improve business processes to support client’s technological aspirations
• Be a supportive bridge between clients, project managers and technical personnel to define, track and communicate business requirements and their expected impact by building basic conceptual data and process models

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience translating technical goals and requirements into real action for clients
• Gathering/documenting business requirements
• Reviewing, writing and executing test cases
• Strong client interfacing skills
• MS Office tools
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other software for conducting quantitative analysis
• Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts such as configuration, development and batch processing
• Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills
