Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Dynatrace

Sira Consulting is an Inc. 5000 company hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer specializing in Dynatrace. The role leads end-to-end observability implementation and administration across web, mobile, microservices, APIs, and backend systems, including monitoring, intelligent alerting, dashboards, incident management, and production troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and administration of Dynatrace monitoring
• Build intelligent observability solutions across web and mobile applications
• Implement Real User Monitoring (RUM) to track application performance, user experience, and latency
• Design Single Pane of Glass observability dashboards for microservices and backend systems
• Monitor critical microservices, APIs, integrations, and distributed applications
• Configure Dynatrace Davis AI for intelligent alerting, anomaly detection, and dynamic thresholds
• Reduce alert fatigue through proactive monitoring and automated incident detection
• Integrate Dynatrace with PagerDuty for incident management and rapid response
• Integrate monitoring capabilities with GCP / Google Cloud Observability
• Partner with DevOps and Tier III Support teams to identify and resolve production issues proactively
• Establish observability best practices across the application ecosystem

Requirements:

• 6+ years of dedicated Dynatrace experience
• Strong experience implementing and administering Dynatrace
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace RUM / Real User Monitoring
• Experience building Dynatrace dashboards and observability solutions
• Experience with Dynatrace Davis AI, anomaly detection, and intelligent alerting
• Strong understanding of APM / Observability
• Experience monitoring microservices and distributed applications
• Experience with GCP / Google Cloud Observability
• Strong experience with PagerDuty
• Experience monitoring both web and mobile applications
• Strong troubleshooting and production incident-management skills
