Digital Marketing Manager

Wrench Group is a national leader in home repair, replacement, and maintenance services. The Digital Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across channels including Google Ads, Bing, Meta and programmatic platforms
• Identify target audiences, set campaign goals, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with business objectives
• Work with a portfolio of locations to provide intake of their goals and needs and deliver to agency responsible for execution
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including ad creation, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking
• Utilize A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and conversion funnels
• Monitor campaign performance in real time and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and meet or exceed KPIs
• Analyze campaign data using tools like Adobe, marketing dashboards, and third-party reporting software
• Generate regular performance reports and insights for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Make data-driven recommendations to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
• Mentor and manage a team of digital media specialists, ensuring ongoing professional development and high-quality campaign execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, SEO, and product marketing to ensure cohesive campaign strategies
• Liaise with external partners and vendors to leverage additional expertise and tools
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and evolving best practices
• Evaluate and integrate new digital tools and techniques to enhance campaign performance
• Develop and manage the paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
• Conduct regular budget reviews to assess spend effectiveness and ROI

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 3 or more years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media management
• Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising tools
• Proficient with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe, Domo)
• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale digital advertising campaigns
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive campaign innovation
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies is a plus
