Salesforce Product Manager

Brillio is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead Salesforce program delivery initiatives. The candidate will manage product intake and prioritization, ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce solutions while maintaining strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce program delivery
• Partner with Product Owners to manage product intake, prioritize the backlog, and align delivery with business objectives
• Define and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with business and technology teams
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives
• Provide executive-level status updates, program dashboards, and progress reports
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
• Lead governance meetings, steering committee discussions, and delivery reviews
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery teams
• Drive continuous improvements in product delivery processes and Agile practices

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Salesforce Delivery
• Experience leading Salesforce implementation or enhancement programs
• Strong experience in backlog management, intake prioritization, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Proven experience managing multiple cross-functional teams and complex enterprise programs
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
• Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is preferred
• PMP, Scrum, or SAFe certification is an advantage
