B2B Growth Marketing Specialist

Trident Consulting is an award-winning staffing and consulting firm headquartered in San Ramon, CA. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to support high-impact marketing initiatives focused on the Public Sector Healthcare segment. This role involves developing data-driven marketing campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted demand generation campaigns to drive qualified pipeline within the Public Sector Healthcare market
• Partner closely with Field Marketing, Sales (SDR/GDR), Digital Marketing, and Marketing Operations teams to identify pipeline opportunities and execute strategic marketing initiatives
• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including content syndication, paid social, digital advertising, and nurture programs
• Build and manage campaigns using Marketo and CRM platforms while ensuring accurate lead flow and campaign tracking
• Analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing data to continuously improve engagement, lead conversion, and ROI
• Manage vendor relationships, campaign budgets, and lead integrations while ensuring timely campaign execution
• Expand and maintain targeted marketing databases through audience segmentation and persona-based targeting
• Support global Growth Marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic marketing programs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing
• Experience marketing to Public Sector, Healthcare, or Enterprise customers
• Strong understanding of demand generation, lead nurturing, pipeline development, and marketing funnel metrics
• Experience managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimize results
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with Marketo (preferred) or similar marketing automation platforms
