Director Growth Marketing Americas

Zepp Health is a global performance and wellness brand, and they are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead full-funnel commercial growth across Amazfit's priority Americas markets. The role involves owning the growth strategy, managing agency partnerships, and driving growth across DTC e-commerce and Amazon.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full-funnel growth strategy and operating plan across DTC, Amazon, paid acquisition, and lifecycle marketing, tying investment directly to revenue, volume, margin, and customer goals
• Translate sales forecasts, product priorities, launches, and seasonal moments into measurable plans and investment scenarios by market, product, audience, and channel
• Create a weekly operating rhythm that gives leaders shared visibility, enables faster decisions, and balances near-term performance with sustainable customer value and brand health
• Own growth across the DTC funnel, including qualified traffic, lead capture, product discovery, landing pages, product detail pages, cart and checkout, conversion, average order value, and profitable revenue
• Build and execute a conversion-rate optimization roadmap across merchandising, bundles, offers, content, navigation, accessory attach, checkout, and post-purchase journeys
• Partner with e-commerce, product marketing, creative, and operations to ensure launches and promotions are compelling, easy to shop, and supported by the right inventory and demand plan
• Own paid acquisition strategy, execution, testing, optimization, budget allocation, and reporting across Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, retargeting, and emerging channels
• Stay close to the platforms and data, reviewing bidding, audiences, campaign architecture, creative performance, tracking, and spend, and stepping directly into optimization when speed or performance requires it
• Build a testing roadmap across audiences, messages, formats, offers, landing pages, and creative, then turn learnings into clear briefs for integrated marketing and creative partners
• Build productive agency partnerships grounded in clear objectives, commercial accountability, transparent reporting, and proactive recommendations
• Own Amazon marketing and demand-generation strategy in close partnership with sales and channel leaders, connecting retail media, product content, promotions, and brand investment to commercial goals
• Improve paid efficiency and organic performance through disciplined management of Amazon Ads, search visibility, Storefront and product-detail content, promotional moments, ratings and reviews, and new-to-brand acquisition
• Use ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, conversion, share of voice, organic-to-paid mix, profitability, and incrementality to evaluate both channel growth and the quality of that growth
• Own the CRM and lifecycle system across Klaviyo, email, SMS, and relevant owned channels, including acquisition capture, welcome, abandonment, onboarding, product education, review generation, cross-sell, upgrade, reactivation, and loyalty
• Develop segmentation and personalization using customer behavior, product ownership, training interest, engagement, and purchase history, and connect field and sports activations to measurable customer acquisition
• Grow retention and lifetime value through relevance, education, product utility, community, and well-timed commercial offers
• Establish a reliable source of truth and an executive-ready weekly dashboard that connects performance by market, product, audience, campaign, and channel to revenue, margin, conversion, CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, retention, and LTV
• Strengthen tracking, attribution, forecasting, and incrementality, and help partners turn consumer behavior and performance data into prioritized actions and scalable playbooks
• Design and build the Americas growth function, including the operating model, agency ecosystem, tools, processes, and future team structure
• Coach internal and external partners, create clarity around priorities, and contribute directly when your judgment or expertise can accelerate the work
• Work as a connective leader across integrated marketing, brand, creative, product marketing, sports partnerships, PR, sales, e-commerce, finance, operations, and global teams, building trust while bringing focus and commercial clarity to the organization

Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, or digital acquisition for a consumer brand, including ownership of revenue goals and meaningful paid media investment
• Demonstrated success growing a DTC business across acquisition, conversion, CRM, retention, and lifetime value, with the judgment to balance growth, profitability, and brand health
• Deep, practical experience with paid search, paid social, video, retargeting, audience strategy, campaign optimization, creative testing, and measurement
• Strong analytical and financial fluency, including forecasting, budget ownership, unit economics, CAC, ROAS, MER, margin, and LTV
• Experience scaling lifecycle and CRM programs and confidence working across a modern growth stack, including paid media, e-commerce, analytics, and customer engagement platforms
• Experience leading agencies and developing people while staying connected to the work, plus the ability to create regional momentum inside a global, matrixed organization
• Exceptional communication, sound judgment, and a collaborative leadership style that brings clarity to complex, cross-functional work
• Hands-on Amazon experience spanning retail media, marketplace performance, content optimization, and the metrics that connect paid activity to total channel health
• Practical experience with platforms such as Google, Meta, Amazon Ads, Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and modern analytics or executive dashboard tools
• Experience in consumer technology, wearables, sports, fitness, outdoor, or another enthusiast category, along with a genuine connection to the customer and culture
