Quality Engineering and Automation Business Development AVP

Myridius is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Quality Engineering and Automation Business Development AVP to drive revenue growth and strategic client engagement. This role is critical for expanding market presence and delivering innovative quality solutions to enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

• Own and achieve revenue and profitability targets for the Quality Engineering business
• Drive net new logo acquisition, account expansion, and pipeline growth within target markets
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial prospecting to successful closure
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industry verticals such as BFS, Insurance, T&H, Healthcare, and Core Industries
• Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and other senior business leaders
• Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with clients' digital transformation objectives
• Provide expert market insights into next-generation Quality Engineering trends, including AI-led testing, intelligent automation, and platform-based testing
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in modernizing their quality strategy and realizing business value from advanced QE practices
• Collaborate with delivery, practice, and pre-sales teams to architect and present winning solutions
• Position and articulate the value of services such as AI-led Quality Engineering, Test Automation, Performance Engineering, DevOps, Continuous Testing, Data, Cloud, and Security Testing

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in business development roles within Quality Engineering and Test Automation
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets in a competitive market
• Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle, with demonstrated success in leading enterprise sales from mining to closure
• Extensive experience in business development, including identifying opportunities and building strong client relationships at the executive level
• Strong expertise in next-generation Quality Engineering trends, including AI-led testing, intelligent automation, and platform-based testing
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical concepts into business value for clients
• Proficiency in positioning and selling a broad range of QE services, including AI-led Quality Engineering, Test Automation, Performance Engineering, DevOps, Continuous Testing, Data, Cloud, and Security Testing
• Experience in building market presence through industry events, analyst engagement, and thought leadership
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and QE technology vendors
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
