Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Aviation SaaS | Remote, Commission

Sky Schedule is a modern operating system designed specifically for flight schools, streamlining how they manage daily operations. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to sell aviation SaaS solutions, focusing on identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting discovery calls, and maintaining relationships to drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify prospective flight schools and aviation training organizations through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted campaigns
• Conduct discovery calls to understand operational challenges
• Present Sky Schedule’s value proposition and schedule product demos for the sales team or close smaller deals directly
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
• Nurture relationships through email, phone, and online meetings
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging
• Work toward meeting and exceeding lead generation, pipeline creation, and revenue goals while representing Sky Schedule in a professional and consultative manner

Requirements:

• Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience identifying and qualifying prospects
• Effective Communication and Sales abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and a consultative selling approach
• Business Development experience, with demonstrated capability in building and nurturing long-term customer relationships
• Comfort working in a remote, commission-based environment, with self-motivation and disciplined time management
• Familiarity with SaaS or software sales
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic sales enablement tools
• Ability to learn product features quickly and explain technical concepts in accessible terms
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive customer engagement
• Experience in aviation or flight training
