Project Manager, Integrated Fundraising Campaigns

Future-Able is partnering with a leading nonprofit organization to identify an experienced Project Manager to support a high-priority, full-funnel fundraising campaign and related donor marketing initiatives. This individual will serve as a central point of coordination across a complex, integrated campaign involving various stakeholders and channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an integrated project plan for a major, full-funnel fundraising campaign spanning multiple channels, audiences, teams, and stages of the donor journey
• Build and maintain campaign workflows, project plans, schedules, tasks, dependencies, ownership, and status reporting in Jira and Asana
• Ensure that Jira and Asana remain current and provide clear, reliable visibility into priorities, responsibilities, deadlines, risks, and progress across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate workflows across digital fundraising, direct response, creative, communications, media, analytics, operations, and external agency partners
• Build and manage detailed workback schedules, production timelines, milestones, dependencies, approvals, and decision points
• Maintain a master campaign calendar that provides clear visibility into what is in planning, in production, ready to launch, and currently in market
• Ensure that campaign sequencing, messaging, audience strategy, creative development, channel execution, and reporting remain aligned
• Lead project status meetings, establish agendas, document decisions, and track action items through completion
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and competing priorities early and work with stakeholders to keep deliverables moving
• Coordinate the campaign intake and briefing process, ensuring that briefs are complete, approved, and actionable before work begins
• Manage timelines, deliverables, feedback, approvals, and follow-through with external agencies and vendors
• Support the coordination of campaign reporting and performance reviews, including inputs from internal teams and external partners
• Help establish and document efficient, repeatable campaign processes and workflows
• Support rapid adjustments when campaign needs, organizational priorities, or external events require the team to move quickly

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, integrated campaign management, fundraising operations, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream campaigns involving cross-functional teams and external partners
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Asana, including building project plans, configuring and managing workflows, assigning ownership, tracking dependencies, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining visibility across multiple workstreams
• Experience supporting integrated or full-funnel fundraising, donor engagement, membership, advocacy, customer acquisition, or marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of how campaigns move from strategy and briefing through creative development, production, launch, optimization, and reporting
• Experience coordinating digital channels along with one or more additional channels, such as direct mail, email, paid media, social media, web, events, or communications
• Strong project planning skills, including the ability to manage schedules, dependencies, deliverables, approvals, and shifting priorities
• Experience working with external agencies, vendors, or production partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders informed and aligned without overcomplicating the work
• Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the broader campaign objective
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with compressed timelines and evolving priorities
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in supporting the mission of a nonprofit organization
