Sales Account Manager

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated provides enabling technologies for industrial growth markets that require advanced technology and high reliability. The Regional Sales Executive role involves driving growth through customer partnership by managing a defined territory, focusing on account management and new business development.

Responsibilities:

• Drive territory revenue growth and achieve sales objectives
• Develop and execute regional sales and account strategies
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and target markets
• Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and opportunity pipelines
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive insights
• Present territory reviews, forecasts, and business results to leadership
• Partner with marketing, product, customer support, and operations teams to support customer success

Requirements:

• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritise objectives, and deliver results
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of sales and account management best practices
• 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Experience selling technical or engineered products and solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
