About this role

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is searching for a Customer Service Rep for a contract assignment with one of their premier Insurance Services clients. The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for handling inbound call requests and assisting with voluntary benefits enrollment.

Responsibilities:

Handling inbound call requests
Helping administer voluntary benefits enrollment

Requirements:

Customer service skills
Possess licenses in at least Florida and California for both life and health line of authorities to be interviewed
If hired, must obtain a license in Michigan, New York, Indiana and at least THREE of the following: New Jersey, Massachusetts, Ohio, Connecticut, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia at your own cost
Internet speed of at least 50 mbps or greater (Equipment will be shipped to you)
Ability to work between 7am-8pm CST Mon-Fri
Ability to work overtime in Oct-Dec if needed
No planned time off during Q4 2025
