Customer Relationship Management Developer

InfoStride is seeking a CRM Power Platform Developer to support a team focused on building scalable solutions to combat cybercrime. The role involves developing custom CRM solutions and deploying them to production while ensuring user-friendliness and security measures are in place.

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom CRM solutions to support internal business and security needs
• Build user-friendly Power Pages for customer consumption
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-quality code
• Deploy solutions to production
• Create and maintain build pipelines
• Review and modify existing databases and database management systems
• Support database development, project scoping, and implementation planning
• Estimate project timelines and technical effort based on user and business requirements
• Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to protect information from unauthorized access, damage, modification, or disclosure
• Support installation, testing, and improvement of computer systems and software products
• Develop standards and guidelines for software use, acquisition, and protection of sensitive information
• Troubleshoot technical issues and make system changes as needed
• Attend meetings, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide status updates

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience developing custom CRM solutions
• 3+ years of experience coding in C#
• 3+ years of experience building user-intuitive Power Pages for customer consumption
• Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional specifications, development, testing, and delivery
• Experience troubleshooting software/system issues and implementing changes to resolve them
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Experience with development tools and systems such as SQL, Visual Basic, or related technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong mentoring skills and ability to provide support and constructive feedback
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience developing custom CRM solutions
• Experience with Power Platform
• Experience creating build pipelines
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, cybercrime prevention, or customer protection solutions
