Sales Development Representative

ELXAO is an international growth agency helping companies expand globally through local market execution, digital ecosystems, and expert project leadership. They are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified opportunities in the US market.

Responsibilities:

• Identify target companies
• Conduct outbound cold calls and outreach to decision-makers
• Perform outreach via networking events, referrals and conferences
• Book qualified meetings with prospective clients

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B outbound sales, business development, or lead generation
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence speaking with executives and decision-makers
• Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and independent work
• Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset
• Authorized to work as an independent contractor
