Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Reports To: Director of Sales and Marketing
FLSA Status: Salaried Non-Exempt
1st Shift
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Summary: The Sales Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Team, ensuring day-to-day activities run efficiently and customer-facing initiatives are executed seamlessly. This role serves as the primary point of coordination for sales support functions, including reporting, presentation logistics, customer meeting preparation, charitable donation requests, and general administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2-5 years of project management experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
