Customer Service & Operations Coordinator

Wallco Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day needs of our customers and business. This role involves managing customer interactions, processing orders, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Answering customer phone calls and emails
• Assisting with product inquiries, pricing, availability, orders, shipping, and general questions
• Entering and processing customer orders
• Preparing quotes and assisting with quote follow-up
• Communicating order status and shipping updates
• Coordinating with sales, purchasing, accounting, suppliers, and shipping as needed
• Assisting with e-commerce and online orders
• Resolving customer service and order-related issues
• Supporting general administrative and operational needs
• Learning Wallco’s products, customers, suppliers, and systems

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, order processing, administrative support, inside sales, operations, or a similar environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional telephone skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and follow through on responsibilities
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong general computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• E-commerce or online order processing
• B2B customer service
• Order entry or inside sales
• Distribution, wholesale, inventory, shipping, or fulfillment
