Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Ampa is a pioneering neurotechnology startup developing brain stimulation technology to help eradicate depression. They are seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to build top-of-funnel pipeline for their TMS system by finding the right psychiatrists, clinic owners, and mental health practices to book qualified demos for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, close, and deposit collection
• Generate qualified demos through high-volume outbound prospecting: email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person visits where it makes sense
• Research and build targeted lists of clinics and providers in our core and expansion markets
• Craft creative, personalized outreach that cuts through the noise
• Qualify prospects and hand off warm, well-briefed meetings to the sales team
• Keep CRM data clean and pipeline activity fully documented
• Test and iterate on outreach messaging, sharing what works with the broader team

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of outbound sales or SDR experience, or a demonstrated track record of hunger and resourcefulness that makes up for it
• A true hunter: persistent, creative, and undeterred by gatekeepers or unanswered emails
• Proven ability to find your way into accounts, whether that means sourcing contact info, working referrals, or showing up in person
• Strong written and verbal communication with genuine curiosity about the buyer
• Highly coachable, with the discipline to run a consistent daily outreach process
• Industry background is flexible. We care about aptitude and drive, not whether you have sold in healthcare before
