Account Executive - Full-Cycle B2B Sales

Skylink, Inc. is a company dedicated to supporting aircraft maintenance worldwide. They are seeking a full-cycle B2B sales professional to build a pipeline and manage client relationships, ensuring the delivery of maintenance materials to clients across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage the market to open doors with new customers and create future business opportunities
• Help customers see what’s possible by sharing insights, ideas, and ways to improve their operational and supply chain performance
• Develop credibility and trust with key contacts across customer organizations
• Stay curious, informed, and connected to industry activity, customer changes, and emerging opportunities
• Take ownership of opportunities from initial engagement through commercial success
• Learn what matters most to customers and align solutions that support their goals
• Create momentum through responsiveness, reliability, and consistent follow-through
• Support pricing, negotiations, and commercial discussions that create value for both the customer and Skylink
• Help turn initial wins into lasting customer relationships and ongoing business growth
• Secure client commitments by strategically timing the ask and outlining clear benefits
• Manage key accounts, process RFQs and Sales Orders, and ensure on-time shipping
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion through additional services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing or related field
• 3+ Years Minimum experience in B2B sales experience in full-cycle B2B sales: Prospecting and self-sourcing your own pipeline, running discovery, negotiating, and closing the deal yourself, not just managing accounts or working leads that were handed to you
• Comfort picking up technical, detail-heavy information: (Specs, part numbers, certifications, RFQs)
• A track record of running the full deal yourself: you've found the opportunity, earned trust through discovery, negotiated terms, and closed, not just picked up where someone else left off
• Sharp instincts in a room: you know how to ask the right question at the right moment, and how to read what a client actually needs versus what they're saying
• Comfortable turning 'no' into 'not yet': you handle pushback and objections directly and keep the relationship intact while you do it
• Consultative selling, ability to navigate complex, technical B2B sales cycles & comfort with long sales cycles is a must!
