​​​​​​SAP MES Analyst 100% Remote

• Everything set up in SAP -> MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
• Integrated with SAP Routings that track the labor
• With MES, they do testing and then they do upgrades - Maintenance, Testing, etc.
• Someone who can take over that lead role to sit in the MES meetings, delegate testing work to the right key users
• Person would also support trouble shooting
• This person will also have a part in moving from S1 to S4 Hana transition
• SAP/ERP experience
• Many different versions of MES, open to seeing any others

 

Required Qualifications

•  5+ years of Project Management experience supporting MES, manufacturing systems, or SAP/ERP initiatives.

•  Experience leading cross-functional teams within a manufacturing environment.

•  Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and their integration with ERP platforms.

•  Experience managing system upgrades, testing cycles, maintenance activities, and production support efforts.

•  Hands-on experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation activities.

•  Proven ability to facilitate meetings, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion.

•  Experience troubleshooting system and process-related issues in a manufacturing environment.

•  Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

•  Experience with SAP ERP, including ECC and/or S/4HANA.

•  Experience supporting MES integrations with SAP manufacturing processes and routings.

•  Prior involvement in an SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation initiative.

•  Experience creating and delivering user training programs.

•  PMP, Agile, or related Project Management certification.

•  Experience working with multiple MES platforms; specific MES software experience is not required.
