Project/Program Manager - Digital Marketing

Truthset is a dynamic and innovative data intelligence company that specializes in validating the accuracy of the world's consumer data. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage client projects from scoping through to successful completion, delivering high-impact solutions across various sectors including publishers, brands, and data providers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, define project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk management strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate project status, manage expectations, and address any issues or changes promptly and professionally
• Work closely with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to ensure project deliverables are met. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to drive project success
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Monitor project progress, identify potential obstacles, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and documentation for both internal and client review. Track key performance indicators and project metrics to ensure alignment with client objectives
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices. Provide feedback and recommendations for enhancing project management methodologies and tools

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in digital media, consulting, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex projects successfully
• Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management software and methodologies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with AdTech and MarTech landscapes, including key players, trends, and technologies
• Understanding of digital media, advertising, and marketing principles is essential
• Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Demonstrated flexibility and resilience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
