Sales Account Sr. Manager

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a Sales Account Sr. Manager to lead key account growth across DFA brands in the Midwest. This role involves driving growth and managing complex accounts through strategic sales plans and customer relationship expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow assigned accounts, delivering volume and profit targets
• Develop and execute short- and long-term account strategies
• Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders
• Identify and close new business opportunities using a solutions-selling approach
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to support customer needs
• Analyze market and customer data to drive insights and strategy
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Own account performance, forecasting, and annual sales planning
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and key commercial terms
• Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting using CRM and business tools

Requirements:

• Candidates must reside in Michigan
• Experience in managing and growing assigned accounts
