Business Development Executive- IT Sales

Sofueled is a company that builds web applications, mobile apps, cloud solutions, and product engineering services for clients globally. They are seeking a self-driven Business Development Executive who will create opportunities, solve business problems, and drive revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage your own pipeline through research, networking, referrals, email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Own the complete sales cycle from first outreach and discovery to proposals, negotiations, and closure
• Understand client challenges and position Sofueled's services as business solutions
• Build long term relationships with founders, business leaders, and decision makers
• Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure smooth handover of closed accounts to the delivery team

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of B2B sales experience in IT services or technology solutions
• A proven track record of independently sourcing and closing deals
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
• Strong networking and relationship building abilities
• A self starter mindset with accountability and ownership
• A good understanding of web development, mobile apps, cloud services, and software outsourcing
• An existing network within startups, product companies, or tech procurement teams is a strong advantage
• Immediate or short notice period preferred
