Customer Service Representative - Hereford, TX

The Customer Service Representative role involves providing essential administrative and clerical support to ensure daily operations run smoothly, including customer service, data entry, and office maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Scale Duties: Entering data, weighing trucks, grading grains, confirmation of policies with high accuracy
• Data Entry & Management: Updating records, Excel spreadsheets, and databases with high accuracy
• Administrative Support: Filing documents, scanning, photocopying, and organizing records
• Communication: Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls; sorting and distributing mail; and managing emails
• Customer/Visitor Service: Greeting clients, answering inquiries, and directing visitors
• Office Maintenance: Monitoring and ordering office supplies, maintaining clean, organized workspaces, and operating office equipment

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar office or administrative role is often preferred
• AGRIS accounting system a plus
