Salesforce Business Analyst / Scrum Master

HCL Global Systems Inc is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Business Analysis expertise and exposure to Scrum Master responsibilities. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while supporting Agile delivery processes.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce initiatives
• Translate business needs into:
• Functional Requirements
• User Stories
• Acceptance Criteria
• Business Process Flows
• Create and maintain:
• BRDs (Business Requirement Documents)
• FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)
• Requirement Traceability Matrices
• Workflows and Process Documentation
• Perform impact analysis for enhancements, defects, and change requests
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and Architects to ensure successful solution delivery
• Provide functional guidance on:
• Salesforce Data Model
• Security Model
• Automation
• Reports & Dashboards
• Objects & Fields
• Flows & Validation Rules
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
• Test Scenario Creation
• Test Execution
• Business User Coordination
• Validation of Delivered Functionality
• Support release readiness activities and post-deployment validation
• Participate in:
• Sprint Planning
• Backlog Grooming
• Sprint Reviews
• Retrospectives
• Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlog items
• Ensure stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR)
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
• Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews and walkthroughs
• Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and change impacts
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle

• Strong understanding of Security Model
• Strong understanding of Automation (Flows/Workflows)
