Product Manager (contract)

Hilton is a globally recognized hospitality brand, and they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to take ownership of the strategy and delivery of features within their Property Management System. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, translating complex business needs into actionable product requirements, and driving innovative solutions to enhance the hotel experience.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for assigned PEP capabilities, ensuring alignment with the broader platform roadmap
• Own the full product lifecycle from intake through delivery and continuous improvement
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution against business and platform goals
• Translate business needs into well-defined, high-quality product requirements in close collaboration with Product Owners and engineering teams
• Maintain a strong understanding of the end-to-end user experience, incorporating customer feedback, research, and operational insights into product decisions
• Drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders by communicating trade-offs, risks, and progress in a structured and transparent way

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology, Customer Experience, or a related field
• 3+ years of hospitality experience, either on-property or in a corporate role
• Proven experience operating in a complex, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
• Strong experience working in Agile environments, including writing user stories and managing backlogs
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining focus on outcomes and priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
• Agile or Scrum certification is a plus
