Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management suite. The ideal candidate will combine deep functional knowledge of project-based business processes with hands-on implementation expertise across the PPM modules Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Control, Project Management, and Grants Management. You will partner with finance, project operations, and IT stakeholders to deliver a streamlined, integrated solution that supports project lifecycle management, resource optimization, and accurate financial reporting

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Projects (EBS) and/or OracleFusion PPM Cloud.
• Minimum of 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion PPM implementations (from design to post-go-live support).
• Deep functional knowledge of at least three of the following: Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Control, Project Management, Grants Management.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in configuring PPM common components: project types, transaction sources, derivation rules, rate schedules, multi-currency, cross-charge setups.
• Strong understanding of integration points: PPM with GL (sub-ledger accounting), AP (supplier costs), AR (customer billing), HCM (labor costing), SCM (inventory issue to projects).
• Hands-on experience building reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, or SQL-based extracts.
• Familiarity with FBDI/ADFdi for data imports and Rapid Implementation spreadsheets.
