Business Central Functional Finance Consultant (USA & Canada)

OUS365 is a company seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Finance Consultant to join their growing team. The role involves helping businesses optimize their ERP processes and working directly with clients to implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Lead client workshops and solution design sessions
• Document functional requirements and business processes
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers
• Perform testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and user training
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Provide post-go-live support and ongoing client consulting
• Work closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functional consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, or Service Management modules
• Experience with Business Central implementations from discovery through go-live
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Experience creating functional specifications and process documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Traveling as needed
