Senior Project Manager – Data & Integrations

VitalEdge Technologies is a leading ERP & DMS software provider focused on heavy equipment dealers and rental companies. The Senior Project Manager will lead complex technology initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and enterprise technology projects
• Manage Business Intelligence (BI), data analytics, AI, and systems integration initiatives from planning through delivery
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource plans, and success metrics
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and scope changes
• Lead projects involving enterprise integrations, APIs, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled technologies
• Provide regular project updates, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Drive process improvements that enhance delivery, efficiency, and customer outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of project management experience, including at least four years leading ERP or enterprise software implementations
• Experience managing technical projects involving Business Intelligence (BI), data analytics, enterprise integrations, APIs, or cloud-based platforms
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects while partnering effectively with Product, Engineering, Data, and executive stakeholders
• Experience leading AI, machine learning, Business Intelligence, or enterprise analytics initiatives
• Experience delivering enterprise integration projects involving APIs, middleware, ETL, or integration platforms
• Experience with MS Project and collaboration tools such as OpenAir, SharePoint, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• PMP is a plus
