Alliances Marketing Manager

Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to enabling organizations to proactively find and fix exploitable attack vectors. They are seeking an Alliances Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth across their technology alliance ecosystem by developing high-impact marketing initiatives and co-marketing playbooks.

Responsibilities:

• Define and scale the overarching alliance marketing strategy, ensuring all co-marketing initiatives align with global partner ecosystem tiers and company growth targets
• Support strategic go-to-market initiatives with cloud providers, optimizing our positioning within marketplaces like AWS to drive co-sell pipelines and capture joint revenue
• Measure, analyze, and report on campaign ROI, partner-sourced lead attribution, and the overall operational health of alliance marketing programs
• Build and launch multi-channel joint campaigns leveraging digital, social, PR, and account-based marketing (ABM) to build market awareness and generate ecosystem pipeline
• Construct repeatable campaign-in-a-box frameworks, partner kits, and technical sales enablement assets designed to scale co-marketing activations for regional field teams
• Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives at flagship events (Black Hat, RSA, re:Invent), partner-hosted user conferences, and Horizon3 engagements to amplify shared brand presence and visibility
• Serve as the core marketing point of contact to cultivate strategic relationships, maintain operational cadence, and drive consistent engagement with key alliance marketing counterparts
• Partner closely with internal Partner Business Managers (PBMs), product management, and field sales to ensure full organizational readiness for upcoming alliance initiatives, technical milestones, and joint wins

Requirements:

• 4+ years of B2B alliance marketing or partner marketing experience
• Proven track record of managing technical alliance relationships and executing global co-marketing campaigns in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment
• Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and technology partner landscapes
• Experience working with AWS Marketplace and the AWS Partner Network
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, able to manage shifting priorities
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, delivering projects efficiently and on schedule
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Strong analytical capabilities, including measuring campaign effectiveness and refining strategies using data insights
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical cybersecurity concepts into clear, value-driven, and partner-ready messaging
• Strong execution and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
