Senior Sales Development Representative | DX

Atlassian is a fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, focused on helping engineering leaders build high-performing teams. The Senior Sales Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting leads, creating relationships with prospective businesses, and delivering exceptional experiences for software engineering leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect Outbound and Inbound leads
• Create new relationships, opportunities, and meetings with prospective businesses
• Deliver an extraordinary experience for software engineering leaders throughout this process
• Learn personalized outreach, social selling, and unique ways to provide value
• Partner closely with account executives and marketing team
• Onboarding support of SDR
• Represent DX at industry events

• 2 years relevant work experience (B2B SaaS, Sales, Consulting, Marketing, Startup)
• Track record of exceeding goals and expectations in past roles
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, Startups, or engaging with a technical audience
• Experience in relevant roles such as Sales, Marketing, Copywriting, Consulting, or Recruiting
