DevOps Engineer - Level I

4G Clinical is a global leader in randomization and trial supply management for the life sciences industry. As a DevOps Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and scaling cloud infrastructure while ensuring that all systems are functional and integrated.

Responsibilities:

• Work on a mix of planned projects and interrupt work, such as updating technology, host VPN, client stacks, and Atlassian
• Own monitoring of internal infrastructure
• Collaborate with team members to accomplish tasks assigned by the team lead
• Respond to escalated work from other teams

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in DevOps engineering
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), EC2, RDS, etc
• Strong scripting skills with Bash or Python
• Experience working with Linux
• Familiarity with command line
• A bachelor's degree in IT, software engineering or equivalent field is required
• preference towards master's degree or higher
• experience with Docker or Kubernetes (as 99% of our current structure is based on Kubernetes)
