Human Resources Project Manager

Mastech Digital is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead large-scale Human Resources projects and drive business transformation initiatives. The role involves managing project plans, coordinating with various departments, and supporting HRIS implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR projects from planning through implementation
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and business teams
• Manage project risks, issues, and stakeholder communication
• Support HRIS implementations, payroll, benefits, and process improvement initiatives
• Prepare project status reports and executive updates
• Use Smartsheet and Planview to manage projects and track progress

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• 5+ years managing HR, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, or HR Transformation projects
• Experience leading cross-functional projects
• Strong knowledge of project management and change management
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and Planview
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
• Experience with HR Transformation, HRIS implementations, Payroll, Benefits, Employee Experience, Organizational Change, and Process Improvement is highly preferred
