Source to Pay (S2P) Business Analyst

KellyMitchell Group is a leading global organization seeking a Source to Pay (S2P) Business Analyst to join their team. The role involves gathering and validating business requirements, creating user stories for Agile teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
• Create user stories, process flows, epics, and acceptance criteria for Agile development teams
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Partner with Product Managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver business solutions
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documentation, and change management activities
• Maintain project documentation using Jira, Confluence, and related Agile tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience within procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), or supply chain environments
• Strong understanding of S2P processes, including sourcing, procurement, and accounts payable
• Experience writing user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and business requirements
• Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and participating in Scrum ceremonies
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for documentation and backlog management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar procurement platforms
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Microsoft Project Planner
• Knowledge of process mapping and business process improvement
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma certifications
• Experience supporting organizational change management and user adoption
