Pharmacy Domain Architect Senior Level || Remote
We are seeking a handson Pharmacy Domain Architect with 15 20 years of experience in pharmacy domain data models. This role requires deep expertise across provider and payer environments, strong clientfacing credibility, and the ability to lead data modernization initiatives endtoend.
Extensive pharmacy domain experience across provider and payer clients
Proven leadership in pharmacy data modernization transformations (discovery roadmap implementation)
Ability to step into existing delivery teams and establish client trust immediately
Discovery & Roadmap Leadership: Lead discovery for pharmacy data modernization, build target state roadmap, and develop implementation plan
Enterprise Blueprinting: Design endtoend target state architectures for core pharmacy systems and integration frameworks
Regulatory Governance: Define architecture standards for processing pharmacy and health data under HIPAA and other healthcare privacy regulations
Healthcare Interoperability: Acute care, primary care, PBM, pharma R&D ecosystems
Data & Cloud Fabric: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform; platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
Pharmacy Standards: NCPDP telecom, claims adjudication, formulary & benefit design logic
Clinical Integration: HL7/FHIR exposure where pharmacy data intersects with clinical systems
10+ years in pharmacy technology with prior architect title
Big Four consulting background preferred
Comfortable presenting architecture decisions to VP/CFOlevel stakeholders
