Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Appian Architect with strong hands-on development expertise to lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Appian BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Appian Data Fabric, process automation, integrations, AWS cloud services, and enterprise architecture. This role requires a technical leader who can drive Appian platform strategy, mentor development teams, and deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native business process solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Appian applications.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Appian solutions using Appian best practices.
• Build and integrate Appian applications with Data Fabric, enterprise applications, APIs, and relational databases.
• Design and implement cloud-native integration solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and RDS.
• Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to define solution architecture and implementation roadmaps.
• Drive Appian platform enhancements, modernization initiatives, and automation strategies.
• Establish architecture standards, development guidelines, governance, and coding best practices.
• Mentor Appian developers, conduct design and code reviews, and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure platform scalability and reliability.
• Support Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Appian Certified Lead Developer or Appian Certified Senior Developer
• Experience with Appian Data Fabric
• Strong AWS implementation experience
• Experience integrating Appian with enterprise systems and cloud platforms
• Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, and cloud-native architecture
• Experience leading large-scale Appian digital transformation initiatives
