Specialty Implementation Project Manager Remote

They are seeking a Project Manager to lead Specialty implementations for commercial clients, ensuring successful onboarding and service delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Specialty Pharmacy implementations for Optum Rx commercial clients, including TPAs, Health Plans, and new client groups
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process, providing consultative support and project leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal business partners
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and communication strategies
• Monitor and support new patient transitions during the first 30 days following go-live
• Analyze client reports, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve performance and outcomes
• Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and status updates throughout the implementation process
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolutions to ensure project success
• Transition completed implementations to ongoing Account Management teams
• Participate in implementation improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects
• Travel occasionally to client sites or service centers as needed (less than 10%)

Requirements:

• 1+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting implementations
• 1+ years of client management, account management, or client implementation experience
• Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• 3+ years of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), healthcare account management, or related healthcare experience
• Experience with online reporting and analytics databases
• Experience presenting information and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
• Specialty Pharmacy, PBM, Health Plan, or managed care experience
